About the job

• As a Despatch Operative, you will move finished product from the production area into refrigerated storage
• Complete all cold store functions including order picking, physical inventory, loading, and housekeeping duties
• Load and unload vehicles, operate pallet trucks, and complete paperwork
• Support and maintain safety and hygiene standards

Who are you?

• A motivated team player, able to work on your own initiative
• Previous experience in warehousing or cold store environments is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene is preferable, with training provided if needed
• You must be a strong communicator, able to prioritize tasks and contribute to department meetings
• You should have a good attendance record, be willing to learn new skills, and perform well
