Pilgrim’s Europe is recruiting Despatch Operatives for our Attleborough site in Norfolk. Join a dynamic team and help drive accurate picking and on-time order fulfilment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £15.00, with the potential to earn over £500 per week, working 10:00am–10:00pm on a 4 on/4 off pattern. You will support safety, quality and efficient flow of products in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Foundation level Health and Safety and Food Safety - Desirable

Responsibilities

• Identify, rectify, and report issues affecting throughput and safety.
• Conduct visual inspection of materials for damage and batch verification.
• Set up the area to ensure safety, hygiene and correct picking per SOPs.
• Pick customer orders according to priority of outload plans.
• Record data to enable tracking, waste, non-conformances, and equipment issues.
• Perform periodic quality checks and document actions per SOPs.
