About the Role:

We’re looking for Despatch Operatives to join our team!

What can we offer you?

• £12.00-£12.50 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 UNS for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• Earn a minimum of £414 per week, based on a 3-day schedule or £480 for Monday - Friday

Working hours: 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights 06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:30, Monday to Friday 12:00 - 21:00

About the role

Joining our Logistics team as a Despatch Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the correct orders on time and at the high quality they expect. You will have opportunities for training and development through clear progression pathways. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience looking to develop further or someone seeking a career change. The daily responsibilities include:

• Scanning, wrapping, and palletising products
• Performing final quality checks on products
• Using electric pallet trucks, counterbalance, and reach vehicles
• Recording and rotating chilled food products
• Ensuring paperwork and delivery orders are completed and recorded

What are we looking for?

• FLT Licences (Counterbalance or Reach Truck, etc.) (Desirable but not essential)
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
