We are looking for anIT Apprentice to join our team and provide essential support across a range of IT services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT, gaining hands-on experience while learning from experienced professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering day-to-day technical support and will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, helping to ensure the smooth running of our IT systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the day-to-day technical support for end-users of client systems, VOIP telephones,smartphones, tablets, printers and computer hardware
  • Assist with incidents & requests using Service Desk ticket management system.
  • Assist with maintaining the asset tracking system when required

  • Assist with software vulnerability management

    This exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Apprentice will be based at the Ampthill location within the IT Function. The IT Function provide UK wide support to all the business areas.

    This role provides opportunity to complete a Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship in conjunction with the apprentice provider Impact Futures.

    Enterprise Business Services (EBS) consists of LMUK IT Services, Payroll, ESH, HR and Finance functions. With employees located throughout the UK, EBS provides UK wide support to the LMUK business areas.
