Responsibilities
Device Management
  • Build and rebuild devices to meet user specifications.
  • Provision and configure equipment for end users.
Inventory & Stock Control
  • Follow established stock control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the Stock Management Tool/database.
  • Manage deliveries and hardware allocation/disposal processes.
Service Coordination
  • Coordinate IMAC deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks aligned with service expectations.
Customer Experience
  • Deliver a professional and positive user experience, even under pressure.

Skills / Must Have
  • Background in IT support with customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in desktop environments (Windows 7–10).
  • Experience with software/application installation.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of server infrastructure and networking.
Nice to Have
