Position Overview
Align seeks a highly experienced and motivated Desktop Support Engineer that possesses strong client-service skills and solid desktop troubleshooting experience. This position will report to the Align Managed Services team, which provides monitoring and support services for critical and non-critical IT assets. Prior Hedge Fund or Alternative Investment industry experience is preferred. Qualified candidates will have prior experience providing deskside, technical support for executives and VIPs in a Corporate Environment. Excellent customer service, follow-up, and communication skills are a must.
