We are looking to fill a Desktop Support Analyst position within the Desktop Support Team in the Health Informatics Service at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role sits within a small team supporting the desktop and printer infrastructure throughout the Trust. This role will involve preparing and deploying desktop PCs, laptops, and tablet devices across the Trust. It involves travelling to Trust sites predominantly in Leeds and York and supporting LYPFT staff working at partner premises.
The post holder will carry out all tasks as requested by the Desktop Service Manager. These tasks include provision of ICT support for the entire Trust, including fault diagnosis and resolution, updates and upgrades of hardware and software on desktops and printers, proactive maintenance of Trust devices, and supporting services and third-party organizations.
