Desktop Account Executive (Leisure) Halifax PIB Insurance Brokers Full time Permanent

The Role.

As a Desktop Account Executive, you will manage clients with premiums up to and including £3000, maintaining relationships without necessarily meeting face-to-face. The role includes both relationship management and new business development, with a focus on growing your book of business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate self-motivation and diligence to meet and exceed growth targets.
  2. Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in all tasks.
  3. Provide high-level client service and uphold excellent customer care standards.
  4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering expert advice across all business areas.
  5. Retain clients effectively through excellent service.
  6. Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when dealing with clients and insurers.

Experience:

  1. At least 3 years in a similar role as Senior Handler or aspiring executive.
  2. Proven growth of a book of business.
  3. Background in commercial insurance.
  4. Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Knowledge of market and insurers, with good relationships.
  6. Understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory processes.
