Every candidate I've placed here has thrived, and now they're looking for a Deskside IT Support Analyst to join their Oxford-based team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver deskside and remote support to 600+ users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows 10 & 11).
  • Collaborate with 3rd line teams on escalated issues and project work.
  • Contribute to ITIL-aligned processes (Problem, Change, Release Management).
  • Mentor junior team members and support service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networks.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications.
  • A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
