Department Overview:
The Global Credit Trading team (“GCT”) handles credit trading across Emerging Europe & Asia, European IG & HY, and US IG. The desk acts as a market maker in hard currency credit, supporting primary bond activity with flow trading, credit analysis, pricing, structuring, execution, hedging, electronic/voice trading, and distribution. The team collaborates daily with Sales, Research, and DCM/Syndicate.
The focus is on facilitating client activity in corporate and sovereign bonds, acting as a market maker in bonds across regions, and engaging in credit derivatives.
GCT aims to lead in financial market transformation, emphasizing data analytics and algorithmic trading, with candidates expected to be proactive in adopting new technologies.
GCT seeks a leader for a 2-member team trading European HY. The role involves working closely with team members and regularly interacting with Sales, Research, and Risk Management.
Training and autonomy will be provided, along with a development plan for career growth.
Qualification/Education:
University degree (minimum 2:1).
