Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients across the UK, mainly in the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, who prefers minimal travel and report writing.
• You should be confident and able to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Ideally, candidates will be ACILA qualified, but we also consider those demonstrating relevant experience and working towards this qualification.
• The role may also be suitable for part-time or flexible working arrangements.
