Designer - Residential Sites

Madisons Recruitment is recruiting for an Urban Designer on a permanent basis located in Hampshire.

Salary

The annual salary for the role is £35k - £45k per annum.

Responsibilities

1. Develop feasibility layouts for projects ranging from 10 to 400 homes.
2. Create landscape-led masterplans, primarily focused on residential delivery.
3. Manage project applications including Outline, Reserved Matters, and Detailed submissions.
4. Conduct site visits and appraisals.
5. Write reports, DAS, and perform quality control checks.
6. Participate in project tendering processes.

Requirements

Key skills and qualifications include:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Commercial awareness.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
5. Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit is a bonus.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
