Job description

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled, conceptually strong Designer to join our growing team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative looking to apply their design expertise across performance media, brand storytelling, and emerging technologies like Generative AI.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with both our digital performance team and internal marketing function, playing a key role in delivering elevated creative solutions that combine insight, innovation, and impact. Your work will span digital media campaigns (social, display, video), agency marketing (pitches, web, content), and brand experiences, with opportunities to shape and influence the creative output across the business.

You will also help champion the use of Generative AI, testing and applying cutting-edge creative techniques to drive content efficiency and exploration across clients and categories.

This is an ideal role for a self-starting creative thinker who is looking for a flexible setup, and wants to make a meaningful difference across client and agency creative.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead the development of high-quality creative across digital formats: static, motion, and interactive content
  • Take briefs from concept through to execution, aligning with media strategies and performance goals
  • Develop and define visual identities for campaign work and client creative across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to elevate creative output and push boundaries
  • Contribute to pitch work and internal marketing initiatives with visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Use AI-powered tools to prototype, generate, and test content, providing guidance on best practice and innovation
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives or freelance contributors, offering feedback and setting standards
  • Stay abreast of trends across visual culture, digital media, design, AI, and performance advertising

What We’re Looking For

  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro); Figma or After Effects a bonus
  • Strong art direction and graphic design skills across both digital and print
  • Excellent photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancement skills
  • Ability to work strategically and conceptually, as well as execute with precision
  • Confident in using AI tools for design and content generation
  • Understanding of digital formats, web standards, and compression techniques
  • Experience developing content for social media, websites, display, video, and pitches
  • Enthusiastic contributor with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial objectives and performance data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Proven ability to originate and develop ideas that align with brand strategy and business goals
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
  • A genuine passion for creativity, design trends, and new technologies (especially AI)
