About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented midweight interior designer with experience in the office design & build sector. You’ll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of projects, working closely with senior leadership to deliver innovative and functional workspaces. As the first in-house designer, you’ll have genuine influence and the chance to help shape the company’s visual identity moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through to completion

Collaborate with the senior management team and external consultants

Create and present design proposals, space plans, and mood boards

Ensure designs meet client briefs, timelines, and budgets

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience as an Interior Designer within the office design & build industry

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant commercial projects

Excellent attention to detail and creative flair

Strong communication and presentation skills
