Job summary

DEPT is recruiting a Designer (FTC) for Berlin with a hybrid work model, running until 31 December 2026. You will join our Personalised Content team to craft emotive, conversion-focused designs for major clients and collaborate with strategists, designers and copywriters to meet briefs.

You will deliver high-quality design work, source assets, and develop content for owned channels while mentoring juniors and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Digital design experience; proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma.
• Self-driven and resourceful with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong eye for layout, typesetting and retouching.
• Able to support colleagues and mentor juniors.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
• Motion and 3D experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on a brief from start to finish.
• Contribute innovative ideas at briefs.
• Create high quality design work.
• Source images and perform digital artworking.
• Develop rich visual content for onsite, app and email.
• Align work with client business goals and timelines.
• Stay current with design and marketing trends.
• Learn from feedback and grow with the team.
