Job summary

Findel Education Limited is seeking a Designer to join our Creative team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will bring brands to life across digital, social and print, collaborating with Marketing, Buying and UX to deliver high-quality creative work that strengthens our brand presence.

You’ll use Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI within a strong design workflow, contribute to concept development, and ensure brand-consistent, customer-focused output.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital design role with a current portfolio.
• Experience using generative AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Working knowledge of Figma and WordPress.
• Strong branding, visual storytelling and customer-focused design principles.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative yet able to work independently and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative design across digital, social and print channels within brand guidelines and timelines.
• Meet internal clients, discuss requirements, and deliver high-quality end products.
• Determine best solutions to fulfill client briefs and exceed expectations.
• Lead sub-projects within larger campaigns and liaise with photographers and other designers.
• Work with UX to ensure design enhances customer shopping experience.
• Utilize generative AI with Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished final artwork.
• Demonstrate AI usage in real design projects.
