  • Produce visual renderings using Lumion (desirable; training provided).
  • Conduct accurate site surveys and translate measurements into technical drawings.
  • Attend client meetings and project sites, representing the studio with professionalism.
  • Support project administration including document management, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams across joinery, kitchens, interiors, and construction to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Gain exposure to contract documentation and project management processes (training provided).

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (essential).
  • Basic competency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign desirable (training provided).
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn Winner and Lumion software (training provided).

  • Professional and confident when client-facing.
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential; some travel required).
  • Non-smoker (studio policy).
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and project timelines.

Working Environment:

  • Studio-based in Waverton, Chester, with local site visits as required.
  • Family-style, close-knit professional culture.
  • Full involvement from concept design to construction handover.
  • Training and development opportunities across architecture, kitchens, joinery, and construction disciplines.
