Are you a creative and digital-first designer with healthcare experience, looking to join a supportive, close-knit agency where you can really make your mark?

This growing agency blends creativity and strategy to deliver impactful work across global, European, and UK healthcare brands. They’re looking for a mid-level designer with a passion for digital content, a collaborative mindset, and at least 1 year of healthcare communications experience.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Designing content across a variety of digital channels – including digital ads, eDetail aids, animations, videos, infographics and more
  • Supporting new campaign development and localisation projects
  • Working with a tight-knit team across strategy, writing, creative and client services
  • Owning projects from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborating remotely with occasional in-person team meetups and client sessions

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–4 years' experience in a design role (at least 1 in healthcare communications)
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (others a plus!)
  • Digital-first mindset, with a strong interest in multimedia, video editing and emerging tech (including AI)
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and an eye for detail
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and collaborate confidently in a fast-moving team
  • A positive, team-player attitude – someone who brings good vibes and fresh ideas
