Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We have nearly 200 services across England, supported by almost 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist around 125,000 people.
As we integrate two large organizations, our systems, processes, and approaches are still being unified. Consequently, some job postings, including this one, are still branded under 'Humankind'. Full system integration is expected next year.
