E-ACT Mansfield Green Academy in Birmingham invites applications for an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead to drive safeguarding across the school, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for every pupil.
You will work closely with the Headteacher, lead safeguarding policy implementation, deliver training, and provide expert guidance on child protection, referrals, and multi-agency partnership, within a value-based, inclusive academy.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and highly motivated Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join our team at Mansfield Green and play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and welfare of all our students.
As the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Child Protection, you will provide comprehensive support to the Headteacher in all aspects of child protection and safeguarding. You will take a strategic lead in safeguarding practice across the academy, ensuring that our policies, procedures and practices promote a culture where every child feels safe, supported and able to thrive.
