A major UK retail company is seeking a Team Manager to lead in-store colleagues, drive sales, and enhance customer service. You will coach your team, manage KPIs, and support career growth while offering flexible working arrangements. This role demands leadership skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are integral to the in-store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store.
