About the Role

There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Night Trading Manager, you will motivate your team to deliver high standards across your department, maximize availability, and drive sales. Recruitment, training, and motivation of your team are essential skills to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. You will have an eye for detail, maintaining shop floor standards and coaching your team accordingly. You will be responsible for ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and that back-of-house and shop floor areas operate safely and smoothly. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety, data protection, and other company policies. If you're looking to develop further in retail, this could be the role for you.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a rolling rota that includes weekend shifts. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing overall operations.
