Responsibilities include:

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintaining kitchen food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs; proactively spotting opportunities.
