The Role |

As a Designate Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

About You |

• Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards, either through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs. Able to spot opportunities and act proactively.
• Focused on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
