Designate General Manager | Full Time

The role |

As a Designate General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Prioritizes cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You influence and empower emerging leaders by providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects outstanding service, either through your efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possesses strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data meticulously to inform key business decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Focuses on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Cares about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
  • Is a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
