Designate General Manager - £55,120 per annum
This is a regional role supporting our holiday parks in Cornwall and North Devon, frequent travel required.

You'll dive into every aspect of running a holiday park, learning the ropes and building the skills to become the next General Manager. This is your chance to shine and pave the way toward managing your very own holiday park someday.
At a strategic level, you'll team up with Regional Directors and General Managers to hit EBITDA targets while championing their mission to craft unforgettable guest experiences.
As a Designate General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our holiday parks running smoothly across the nation. This means being flexible and ready to relocate to different parks as needed, ensuring you're always where the action is and making a big impact wherever you go!
