The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS with a specialism in Design Technology (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)

Have experience teaching DT up to Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience desirable)

Bring strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging, practical, workshop-based lessons

Demonstrate a sound understanding of curriculum developments within DT

Foster positive relationships with students, built on respect and high expectations
