Salary: GBP150.87 - GBP223.36 per day

An Good secondary school in Ashington is looking for a Design Technology Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. The head teacher would like to hear from candidates that are driven and have a proven track record of securing successful outcomes and attainment. The main duties will include:
- Planning, teaching, and assessing the DT curriculum
- Ordering resources and materials
- Following the school behaviour management policy effectively
- Promoting independence
- Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status
- Have a degree in the subject area
- Be passionate about their subject area
- Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to go through the process with ourselves)
- Provide a full checkable work history
