Job Description

Design Technology Food Teacher

Area: Nailsea

Hours of work: Full Time

Start date: September 2025

This role will run for one academic year until July 2026.

Monarch Education are recruiting a Design Technology Food teacher in Nailsea. We are looking for a qualified Teacher (with UK recognised QTS) who can confidently teach Art. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, inspiring their innovation and creativity through hands-on projects.

The school we are working with has excellent facilities and a supportive senior leadership team that are committed to the progression of their staff and pupils alike.

The Successful Candidate Will Have/be

• A qualified Secondary Teacher with QTS, will also consider ECT's.
• Good classroom management and behaviour skills
• Able to teach KS3/4 Art
• Passionate about the subject and about helping all pupils succeed
