Role Overview

In a Nutshell…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Design and Technical Trainee to join our team at Vistry Group. As our Technical Trainee, you will provide administrative support to the technical team in the planning, coordination, and design functions on each allocated project from tender to post-contract. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.

Our expectations from you…

  • 4 GCSEs A-C/4-9, including Maths and English
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, diploma Level 3, T Level, BTEC Diploma, or 2 A Levels with minimum grade D or above)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders with a professional communication style
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong IT skills, preferably experience with Excel, Power Projects, and Word
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
