Job summary

You should hold QTS or be an ECT, with strong D&T knowledge across resistant materials, graphics, or food tech, and a passion for hands-on, engaging lessons. Applicants must maintain classroom/workshop safety and high expectations while collaborating with the DT department to raise pupil progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging DT lessons aligned to the curriculum.
• Coordinate practical activities across resistant materials, graphics, and food tech.
• Manage classroom and workshop safety; monitor pupil progress.
• Assess and provide feedback to students; track progress.
• Collaborate with the DT team to raise standards and outcomes.
