What Does It Take?
As a Design Systems Manager, you will be part of a broader product design organization within a global division spanning countries and time zones, helping to shape the future of the BBC product suite outside the UK. You will lead the evolution and governance of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across digital products. This role involves working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to maintain and enhance a critical design foundation that supports a cohesive design and component library, contributing to ongoing improvements in user experience and visual design.

Salary: Up to £72,000 plus London Weighting, based on skills and experience. The range reflects internal and market benchmarks.
Contract: Permanent
