Voy seeks a Design Systems Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and adoption of our design system across web and mobile platforms. You will own the roadmap, governance, and high-craft UI quality, bridging design and engineering to scale tokenized components and accessibility.

You will partner with Design Leads, Front-End Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to empower teams to deliver cohesive experiences efficiently. This hybrid role is London-based with remote options.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in product design and design systems.
• Deep technical fluency with design tokens and component architecture.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proficient in modern tooling and documentation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide systemic leadership and long-term roadmap for design system across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product design and front-end engineering teams to ensure integration and tokenization.
• Maintain UI consistency, craftsmanship, and accessibility across brand and product touchpoints.
• Establish, document, and enforce WCAG guidelines and inclusive design practices.
• Drive governance, adoption, and comprehensive documentation across teams.
• Optimize design-to-code workflows and tooling to boost development velocity.
