An innovative global medical device manufacturer is seeking a Senior Design Quality Engineer to join its expanding R&D team based in Falmouth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of life-changing medical technologies.

In this position, you'll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure products meet high-quality and regulatory standards. The role involves technical challenges and strategic influence, including leading quality engineering initiatives across a diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading quality assurance activities during product design and development
  • Driving validation, verification, and risk management processes
  • Participating in design reviews and evaluations
  • Supporting CAPA, non-conformance resolution, and continuous improvement
