Lead large-scale projects with global clients.

Shape creative vision and design processes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Project Manager to join a well-established and innovative design studio in London. The studio specialises in working with luxury hospitality clients to deliver interior design, environmental design, signage, and wayfinding solutions. This role blends creative direction with project management, making it ideal for a confident leader with a passion for delivering impactful design and ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

What you’ll be doing

As Project Manager, you will lead large-scale design-led projects – managing both creative output and logistical delivery. From developing conceptual ideas to final implementation, the position calls for a designer who thrives on responsibility and delivering high standards of visual and technical excellence.

Working in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team that includes interior designers, graphic designers, and FF&E specialists, the role will be central in ensuring cohesive project outcomes. The studio’s environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and creatively ambitious, offering an opportunity to contribute to some of the most innovative projects in the industry.

This role also demands a strategic mindset—someone who understands the importance of timelines, budgets, and resource management, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships. It’s a position for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structure and can comfortably present ideas at a senior level.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Design Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Design Project Lead or Project Lead.
  • Proven experience leading interior, branding and/or wayfinding projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience gained in an interior, architectural, wayfinding, or environmental design agency.
  • Strong design credentials with a portfolio demonstrating creative flair and technical ability.
  • Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and team resources.
  • Proficient in CAD software (Vectorworks knowledge advantageous), with strong 2D/3D skills.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and leading meetings with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in FF&E specification, contractor liaison, and on-site coordination.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

The studio offers the chance to work on creatively rich projects for globally recognised luxury clients. You’ll work alongside a talented team, delivering unique design solutions in a supportive and dynamic setting. On top of this, benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, learning and development courses, hybrid working from a central London office, and a thriving company social culture.
