Job summary

EKFB is delivering civil engineering works on a major HS2 route, bringing together Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. The role focuses on leading design management across utilities and multiple disciplines, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with EKFB management plans.

You will coordinate with discipline leads and SMT, support construction coordination, and manage design risks with the commercial team. An opportunity to contribute to a landmark project in the UK.

Qualifications

• Design management in large scale projects, leading and overseeing major civil engineering works within utilities.
• Focus on timely and integrated delivery of design and design-related consents.
• Management of commercial aspects of design contracts with a focus on overall performance.
• Strong communication skills at multiple organizational levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the integrated design and consent programmes in line with the project programme.
• Coordinate and integrate多 disciplines and buildability with TW and PW designs.
• Liaise with Design Discipline leads and SMT to ensure consistent approach and compliance with EKFB plans.
• Guide and support link with construction for utilities coordination and construction manageability.
• Oversee design risk management and report performance with project controls and commercial teams.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance.
