At MWH Treatment, you will play a key role in driving safe, buildable and cost-effective design solutions from scope definition through to assurance, handover and construction support. Working with clients, designers, suppliers and construction teams, you will help turn complex requirements into practical, high-quality outcomes.
EssentialDegree qualified in engineering, or able to demonstrate equivalent professional standing.Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership, would be advantageous.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams within water, wastewater, infrastructure or a design-build environment.Strong understanding of CDM, construction health and safety, technical assurance and project governance.Confident managing scope, programme, cost, risk, resource and stakeholder expectations.Clear communicator with the ability to influence, challenge constructively and build effective working relationships.Knowledge of BIM, digital design tools, sustainability and carbon reduction approaches would be beneficial.
