• Proven track record in Design Management or Assistant Design Management.
• Experience with main contractor, sub-contractor, or construction consultancy.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Willingness to travel to projects across the North-West region.
