Salter Grange Limited is seeking a proactive Design Manager to join one of the UK's largest privately-owned construction and development groups. You will oversee the design function across nationwide government frameworks projects with values between £5m and £20m, and contribute to a £50m Commercial Fit-Out/Refurbishment scheme.

You will coordinate design teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring design compliance and timely information delivery

Qualifikationen

• HNC in Building Studies or equivalent. Degree in Design Management or Architecture preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate design teams and manage stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design team responses and resolve construction queries.
• Support design progress meetings with design team and contractors.
• Ensure design reviews and risk assessments meet project requirements.
• Contribute to the Contractors' Proposals and value engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative design solutions.
