Overview

Anderselite are working with well known tier 1 contractors who are working in JV and are seeking a Design Manager (Fire, Lifts, EMC and T&C).

Role

Title - Design Manager
Location - North Acton
Rate - to be agreed.

Responsibilities

• As the Design Manager within the MEPH team, you will take a leading role in the completion of the Stage 5 (Design for Construction & Manufacturing) MEPH design.
• You will be the principal point of contact for design for the allocated subcontract supply chain members.
• Your role will oversee the delivery of the design on 12 assets along the line of route for the London Tunnels.
• You will report to the Lead MEP Design Manager.
• Working collaboratively with the supply chain partners you will ensure that the subcontract and technical requirements are met, and that lessons are learnt between assets, consistently improving efficiency and our value offering as the works progress.
