Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and experience in construction projects.
• Good understanding of design processes and buildability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.
• Review and assist in tender opportunities and value engineering.
• Engage with external consultants and sub-contractors.
• Lead and chair design team meetings and coordination workshops.
• Ensure design information aligns with current legislation, standards and CDM obligations.
• Develop drawing and document control protocols and systems.
• Support Project Manager and Planner in developing construction programmes.
