DIGITAL DESIGN MANAGER EMEA - HOMEWARE CONSUMER FMCG PRODUCTS

THE ROLE

The Digital / Graphic Design Manager is an experienced, idea-driven, conceptual thinker who excels at translating design strategy into creative solutions across the omni-channel space, including content for eCommerce sites, photography, product detail pages, and collateral. The role involves researching new ideas, visualising concepts, and communicating design intent through compelling solutions, operating strategically to develop digital designs that resonate with consumers and build brand equity. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG/FMCG direct-to-consumer sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute visual brand strategy and initiatives with high efficiency
  • Work collaboratively across teams and geographies
  • Present and sell creative concepts effectively
  • Design omni-channel assets for digital channels, including websites and emails
  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets
  • Lead photo and video shoots with creative direction
  • Mentor designers and share best practices

Experience:

  • University degree in graphic design or related field
  • 7+ years in a creative/graphic design role, with digital asset experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; XD and After Effects preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and passionate about design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with multilingual environments; fluent French or German preferred
