Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Design Manager for a major residential development. You will take ownership of the design management function, collaborating with the project team, consultants, client representatives and subcontractors.

The role covers coordinating design information, managing buildability, and ensuring compliance with regulations, facade and fire strategy, and risk management throughout construction to completion.

Formación

• Experience delivering high-rise residential design coordination from Stage 4 onwards.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and fire strategy.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and specialists.
• Proven track record managing design risks and QA on complex schemes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design management function from Stage 4 onwards.
• Review existing design information and identify gaps.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Review construction against design and flag issues early.
• Resolve technical and buildability challenges.
• Support investigations and remedial design as needed.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP information.
• Review façade and fire-related design requirements.
• Coordinate with Building Control and warranty providers.
• Manage design risks and technical queries.
• Support the project team through construction and completion.
