Design Manager - Facades - Hybrid working, London

This Central London-based main contractor has experienced excellent growth and has been awarded three new projects. They have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to work on London facade projects.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for all facade projects within the specialist division and will report to the operations director. The role involves overseeing various types of facades, requiring detailed knowledge of facade design.

Your experience with facades should be comprehensive enough to interrogate the design and address all risk elements. Candidates with a background as a main contracting Design Manager or from a specialist facade company are suitable. A UK Construction qualification is essential.

This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, consisting of 2-3 days in the Central London office and 2-3 days working from home. The package and benefits are highly competitive.
