A contemporary fashion brand renowned for its iconic collections has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Design Manager with strong multi-product menswear and womenswear experience to head up their design team located in its London Head Office.

As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the design strategy for both menswear and womenswear collections, driving the brand strategy alongside the Buying Director, and overseeing the development process of all collections.

You will collaborate with internal teams such as Buying, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and Sales, and report directly to the Creative Director while overseeing the design team.

To qualify, you must have previous apparel design experience at a senior level (Senior Design, Design Lead, or Design Management) within a leading premium, lifestyle, or contemporary fashion brand. Strong skills in design strategy, range development, stakeholder management, team leadership, communication, presentation, CAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs are essential. Experience working with UK and international suppliers and factories, along with excellent fabric and garment construction knowledge, is highly desirable.
