Our client is requiring a design manager to join their established project team.

There is already a strong pipeline of works and they are looking to grow the team for future success.

You will need to have the relevant experience and credentials to be considered for the Design Manager role.

Construction / Building services background is a must.

What they require:

• Experience end-to-end in managing design from concept to handover.
• First degree in Building Services / Architecture Discipline / Other appropriate construction-related qualification plus design-related experience.
• Sector specialism as well as deep and broad experience managing the design of construction or building services projects.

Salary is negotiable but guaranteed to be in line or exceed the market requirement.
