Responsibilities

2. Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
3. Minimize health, safety, and financial risks during construction.
4. Maintain quality information flow to meet project timelines.
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through open communication.

Experience & Skills

• Understanding of traditional construction and Design & Build methods.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Proficiency with software like BIM and 4Projects.
