Job Purpose:

Manage the design process from pre-construction to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely design information, leveraging experience, knowledge, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan all aspects of the project, identify challenges, and propose cost-effective solutions.
2. Ensure adherence to current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
3. Eliminate health, safety, and financial risks during construction.
4. Maintain quality information flow to meet project timelines.
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through open communication.

Experience and Skills:

• Understanding of traditional construction and Design & Build (D&B) methods.
• Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Proficiency with software such as BIM and 4Projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of procurement frameworks, negotiated, and two-stage tenders.
