Design Manager – Sevenoaks

We are working with a leading construction company who are seeking a Design Manager to support the delivery of two key legacy development projects based in Sevenoaks. These projects involve the refurbishment of buildings over 18 metres, with a focus on re-cladding, fire remediation, and broader building safety improvements.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex schemes requiring close attention to evolving building regulations and compliance standards. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary design team made up of professionals from main contractors, developers, and specialist consultancies.

The company offers a flexible and employee-focused working environment, with hybrid working options and a strong commitment to professional development. While prior experience with high-risk building regulations, the Building Safety Act, or Gateway 2 submissions is desirable, the team is open to supporting the right individual with training and upskilling where needed.
