We're looking for a Design Manager to join our Construction team based in London.

Location: London/Loughton, Essex - with flexible work times considered

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Design Manager, you'll be working within the Design team, supporting them on projects across various sectors including Commercial, Public Sector, and Health.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Management and delivery of design information according to the project schedule.
• Providing design input during preconstruction and construction phases.
• Producing design programmes, scopes, responsibility matrices, appointments, and schedules.
• Attending and chairing meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

This role is suitable if you have:

• Experience delivering high-value, complex design work from a main contractor perspective.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage workloads effectively.
• Experience with site and contract procedures is advantageous.
